Langill Farm is a new residential community in Steinbach Manitoba. It is the first development of Agassiz Shore Developments, a sister company of Penn-co Construction. The visual branding and initial website design was a collaboration with Keystone Design. The website has a unique interactive map for customers to select and purchase lots.

Hardscapes is a Manitoba landscaping company that works exclusively with pavers and other hardscape products. Doug and Carla Loeppky from Hardscapes wanted an upgrade on their website as well as an updated logo. The website, a collaboration with Keystone Design, features a unique gallery that allows customers to select images to send directly to Hardscapes to save on files as inspiration for their project.
